Cost of an Omelet looks at the world’s hunger for consumption and growth, and at the quiet, irreversible changes this hunger leaves behind. Through photographs made in the American West and coastal Bengal, two places separated by oceans but linked by consequence, I explore how abundance and scarcity shape daily life. Though they sit on opposite ends of the map of climate responsibility and crisis, the consequences echo the same truth: everything comes at a cost.
